Documentation :: Scheduling :: Batch Schedule Operations

The Batch Schedule Operations screen provides an overview of all Batch Schedule Instances and their current status, as well as screen to view and manage the status of all their jobs. This is the main screen to manage the operation of your Batch Schedules.

To access Batch Schedule Operations, from the menu select Schedules > Batch Schedules > Batch Schedule Operations.

To view the status of the individual jobs within a Batch Instance, click ViewJobs.png.

The meaning of each status can be found here .

The following actions are available for each job:

  • Set Status: Click this to change the status of the job. This generally allows you to hold or unhold a job, or cancel a job outright. This option will not be available when a script is running or has been completed or cancelled.
  • Dependencies: This allows you to view what other jobs need to complete first before the selected job can start. Click Break.png if you need to remove the dependency for that specific run of the job.
  • View Output: This allows you to view the log output of a job. This will only be available once a job has started. If a job has been restarted to a previous failure, only logs from the latest run of the job will be available through this button.

Restarting a Failed Job

Should a job fail, you must either set the job to CANCELLED status or restart the job to allow any following jobs to continue (unless they have been set to allow failures).
